Affiliates

Affiliates are partners who promote your products for a cut of the sale. This page is where you run the program — approve affiliates, set commissions, and track the sales they bring in. Payouts are tracked in Affiliate Earnings.

Where to find it

Sidebar → GROWTH → Affiliates.

The Affiliates page showing enrolled affiliates, their referral counts, and commission settings
Affiliates: your partners, their referrals, and the commissions they earn.

What happens — and what doesn't

  • Each affiliate gets a referral link; sales through it are credited to them.
  • You set the commission — a percentage or a fixed amount per sale.
  • Earnings owed to affiliates roll up in Affiliate Earnings.
  • Affiliate sales are still normal orders — the referral just attaches the credit.
How do affiliates get credit for a sale?

Each affiliate has a unique referral link. When a buyer purchases through it, the sale is credited to that affiliate and their commission accrues.

How do I set commission rates?

On the Affiliates page, per your program's settings — a percentage of the sale or a fixed amount. Earnings then track in Affiliate Earnings.

LoadingThe screen is fetching your dataA skeleton in the shape of the finished page. It should be brief — if it persists, the load has failed rather than stalled.
ErrorThe data couldn't be loadedA message with a retry. Retry first: most of these are a dropped request, not a broken store. If it repeats, the outage is upstream and reloading won't help.
