What is PersonaCart?
PersonaCart is a commerce platform built for people who sell what they know: coaches, course creators, artists, consultants, and studios. Instead of stitching together a website builder, a course platform, a booking tool, and a payment processor, you get all of it under one login.
Say you teach pottery in Austin. With PersonaCart you can put up a storefront for your $49 wheel-throwing workshop, sell a video course, take bookings for studio time, and send someone a payment link for a custom commission. All from the same dashboard, all paid out through your own payment account.

How payments work
Money goes to you, not through us. You connect your own payment account (Stripe, for example), and buyers pay you directly. PersonaCart charges a platform fee per plan; the rest is yours.
Plans
There's a free tier to start, and paid plans unlock more of the platform. Some features in these docs carry a plan badge like Pro — that means they need a paid plan. Current plans and prices live on personacart.com/pricing, which is always the source of truth.

Do I need my own website to use PersonaCart?
No. Your PersonaCart storefront is your website. You can attach a custom domain, or use the free subdomain you get at signup.
Does PersonaCart hold my money?
No. Buyers pay through your own connected payment account, and payouts follow that account's schedule. PersonaCart charges a platform fee but never holds your revenue.
Can I sell both digital and physical products?
Yes. Digital downloads, physical goods with shipping, courses, memberships, bookings, and one-off payment links all live in the same store.
What is PieOS?
PieOS is the business operating system built into every PersonaCart store. It can write storefront pages, create products, answer questions about your data, and run marketing tasks. Anything consequential waits for your approval first.
